I had a mostly wonderful stay at this resort spa, with incredibly friendly staff and beautiful accommodations. The breakfast was delicious and conveniently delivered to my bungalow, and the pool area was lovely and well-kept. However, the Wi-Fi was quite poor, the air conditioning could really use some improvement, and accessing the beach was tricky due to the tide and rocky terrain. Despite these issues, I would definitely come back on my next visit to Whitesands.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The design is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable, but the air conditioning really needs to be addressed as it wasn't effective at all.
